Additional costs, sibling discount and paying your fees monthly

• Sibling Discount Policy – from September 2024: Children from Nursery to Year 6 will be eligible for a Sibling Discount. The discount will be applied to the eldest child’s fee invoice at a discounted rate of 5%. Where there is more than one sibling in the school, this will increase to a 10% discount on the eldest child’s fees and a 5% discount on the younger sibling’s fees.
• Fees are due in full by direct debit on, or before, the first day of each term.
• If an instalment plan is in place, you must adhere to the agreed timing, frequency and method of payment.
• Late payment of fees will accrue a surcharge calculated at 1.5% per month from the first day of term.
• Our registration fee is £150 and is non-refundable
• Our deposit is £1000 and is refundable when your child leaves Oakfields (subject to T&Cs as seen in the Parent Contract at time of offer)
